Parimatch Withdrawal Credit Issue

I have an unresolved withdrawal issue with my Parimatch account regarding two bank transfer requests that have still not reached my bank account. The first withdrawal was for 542 on 21 February and the second withdrawal was for 500 on 23 February, both requested via bank transfer. Despite the time that has passed, neither of these amounts has been credited to my bank account. I contacted Parimatch customer support and was informed that I should wait because they were working with the payment provider. However, there has been no clear resolution or final outcome, and the withdrawals are still pending. I have transaction details and attached screenshots available as proof. I request that both withdrawal amounts, 542 and 500, be immediately processed and credited to my bank account without any further delay, or that I am provided with a clear and timely solution explaining what happened and when exactly I will receive my money.
