Deposit Not Credited In My Parimatch Account
I am a user of the Parimatch gaming app and I recently faced a problem with a deposit that was not credited to my account. I made a deposit to my Parimatch account using PhonePe on 12/03/2026, and the amount was deducted from my PhonePe balance, but it has still not been reflected in my Parimatch account with ID 191040***. Although I contacted customer support, my issue has not been resolved so far. I request that the missing deposit be identified and either credited to my Parimatch gaming account without any further delay or refunded back to my PhonePe account, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
