On March 30, 2023, I sent back to Zara the items I could return until April 6, 2023. I called customer service when I didn't hear back from them. At first, they said that the goods didn't get to them. Later, I talked to the shipping company and found out that Zara got the return on April 1, 2023. They also said that they would look at the products and get the money back within five days. But they didn't do what they said they would. When I called them again on April 10, 2023, they said they would send the file to the right department. Again, they didn't give me my money back. When I called them again on April 13, 2023, they said they couldn't give me a refund because they hadn't gotten the goods. Even though they sent me a message telling me they got them, this is what happened. Because of this, I haven't gotten my money back.
