Zara Sent My Online Order Without the Belt and Ignores My Support Requests

Hello, I received my Zara online order today, but the belt that’s supposed to come with the product was missing. I immediately reached out to Zara’s online support, expecting a simple resolution. Instead, I’ve been met with complete silence. The only response I’ve received so far is an automated message saying, “We’re transferring you to a representative,” but no actual person ever followed up. I haven’t even had the chance to properly explain my issue.
I understand that mistakes happen—a missing belt can be overlooked—but what’s unacceptable is having zero access to customer support when something goes wrong. It's incredibly upsetting that there’s no real person to talk to, no proper communication channel, and no accountability.
I don’t want to return the product. I simply want the missing belt shipped to me, as it should have been included in the first place. Zara, please send the belt immediately and fix your customer service. It’s not just about the item—it’s about trust and being able to rely on a brand to handle problems when they arise.
