When I finally opened it at home that evening, two of my ordered items were missing. I reached out to customer service right away, and they assured me a case had been opened and would be investigated. It’s been five days since, and despite my daily follow-ups, I've received no response. Zara seems unwilling to take responsibility, even suggesting the absence of a formal report was a way to evade the issue, though they continue to delay with vague reassurances. I plan to file complaints with CIMER and the Consumer Arbitration Board. Zara’s lack of accountability and customer support has been a complete disappointment.
