Zara Sends Wrong Product and Fails to Address Customer Complaint

I had a bad time at Zara store not too long ago. They sent me the wrong item, and when I tried to buy the right one, it was either sold out or more expensive. If I wanted to buy the item again, I would have to pay more, which isn't fair to me as a customer. I contacted customer service, but they didn't answer my questions or offer any solutions. I expected better customer service and accountability from a big chain store. I think Zara should at least give me a gift card for the difference in price to make up for the trouble and frustration I went through. It's not enough for them to just admit that there's a problem without offering a solution.
