Zara Refused to Refund for Missing Perfume from the Set I Purchased

I bought a couple of perfumes from Zara, but they only sent me one. Even so, they won't give a partial refund for the item that didn't arrive. I reached out to customer service looking for help, but nothing has changed. I got good service when I bought the product, but the same attention and help just isn't there when it comes to getting a refund. When I asked for help, they just said the item is out of stock and didn’t offer any other support. I'm really disappointed with how Zara is handling this situation. It just doesn't feel right that there's no accountability here. I’m looking for a fair solution, like a refund or something else that works, and I hope this gets sorted out quickly.
