I bought a couple of perfumes from Zara, but they only sent me one. Even so, they won't give a partial refund for the item that didn't arrive. I reached out to customer service looking for help, but nothing has changed. I got good service when I bought the product, but the same attention and help just isn't there when it comes to getting a refund. When I asked for help, they just said the item is out of stock and didn’t offer any other support. I'm really disappointed with how Zara is handling this situation.
