Stuck in Delivery Limbo! Zara Package Lost Between Kargoist & Pickup Point
I bought something from Zara and it was sent through Kargoist with tracking number 23562175878200100076 to a pickup location on 02/13/2024. Despite the delivery, the pickup point's system does not indicate that the package has been received, so I am unable to collect it. After days of discussion, neither Zara nor Kargoist has resolved this issue. Even after multiple tries, I'm still unable to get the package. Turning to this platform for assistance can be quite exasperating. Looks like the package will be sent back, leaving me with nothing but time and effort down the drain.
