Zara Orders Delayed, False Delivery Updates Provided

Zara ships orders using Kargoist, and while Zara's estimated delivery dates are accurate, Kargoist operates on its own schedule. Deliveries are consistently late, regardless of whether I choose next-day or standard shipping. They even claim "issues" or "recipient unreachable" without attempting delivery. My doorbell camera confirms no one ever shows up.

I’ve reported this issue to Zara multiple times, but nothing has changed. Kargoist, especially the Zeytinburnu branch, is unresponsive and unprofessional. They constantly cite excuses like vehicle breakdowns or being too busy. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect Zara to address this problem with their shipping partner and ensure timely, reliable deliveries for their customers.
