Zara’s Shipping Service Is Terrible – No Support, No Delivery

Zara seriously needs to change its shipping company because the current one is completely unprofessional! It’s unacceptable for a brand like Zara to work with such an unreliable courier service. There is no way to reach customer support, no local branches, and no one answers calls at the listed contact numbers. Even worse, the delivery person is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to complete deliveries properly. I have been trying to get my package, but there is no one to assist me. This level of service does not match the Zara brand! I demand immediate action—Zara needs to either improve its shipping service or find a new logistics partner because customers should not have to deal with this mess!
