Zara Online Order Not Delivered After a Month, No Customer Support


I placed an online order with Zara about a month ago, but I have yet to receive my items. The tracking information shows that the package was shipped with "Bir Günde Kargo," but I cannot reach either Zara or the shipping company's customer service for updates.
Zara’s online support system is particularly frustrating. It relies on a bot for communication, making it impossible to explain my issue or get real assistance. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable.
I demand that my order be delivered to me immediately. Zara must improve its customer service and ensure proper communication channels for resolving issues promptly. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expect a resolution without further delays.
