Zara Order Marked As On the Road for Days!!! Online Support No Help
Close Down Zara!! I have never experienced such distress in my life. On November 16th, I placed an order with Zara, and the delivery date was supposed to be November 23rd. According to the order tracking, it seemed to be on its way, and then there was complete silence. I reached out to Zara's online support, but there was no solution. I messaged Zara on WhatsApp, but there was no effort made. I even tried calling the Kargoist phone, but they didn't even answer. Both companies are acting as if they are non-existent. I have neither my money nor my order. Quit this business, leave it to those who can handle it!
