My Zara Order Delayed with No Communication or Updates
I bought a vest from Zara. It looks like it was sent out on March 8, but nothing has come or gone since then. Even the name of the recipient isn't in the cargo section, and the company is a joke. Since Wednesday, I've been trying to get in touch with Zara, but their call centers are closed, so I'm writing to them through WhatsApp. They both answer very late and always say the same thing: "We're waiting for the cargo company to get back to us." I think you'd wait longer because it seems so far away. I can't believe that a company with this kind of reputation can do such a bad job. Either give me my money back or send my cargo back to the right company.
