Zara Online Shopping Delivery Problem
I purchased a pair of shoes from Zara on October 9th. Today is October 19th, and I haven't received my order yet. According to their online tracking, it's in the distribution phase, but it's been two days with no updates. I've only received limited information from their customer service via WhatsApp. Where is my delivery? Please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I have a flight to catch to another country on October 21st, so I need to know what's happening with my order before my departure!
