Zara Online App Orders Are Late, Stuck on "Processing"

I've been checking my orders daily, but there's still no sign of them being shipped. To make matters worse, I've tried calling customer service, but haven't been able to reach anyone. This whole ordeal is beyond frustrating. I'm experiencing a major delay with my recent Zara online order almost every time. The items are still stuck on "processing" and haven't even been shipped yet! I specifically bought these clothes for an upcoming vacation and was expecting them to arrive quickly. This situation is incredibly frustrating and leaves me feeling like I made a big mistake. Wish I hadn't used the online app!
