Zara Order Delay - No Delivery Update Since "Out for Delivery"
On April 18th, I made a purchase for a pair of flats from Zara. Even though it was supposed to be delivered on April 24th, it still hasn't arrived. They utilize the services of a courier company named Birgündekargo. My order is currently marked as "out for delivery," but I haven't received any communication or updates from the courier. I've been attempting to contact them, but there has been no response. When I use the app to check on my order, it displays information about a previous return instead of the current order. I attempted to contact Zara customer service, but they have only advised me to get in touch with the courier and await a reply for several days. I never receive any responses. I had higher expectations for Zara. Which courier service do they use? This does not meet Zara's high standards. I have no intention of making any future purchases from them.
