I contacted Zara customer service yesterday to check on the status, and the response was completely unhelpful. They just pointed me to the website and repeated what I already knew: the estimated delivery date is May 23, 2025. That information is useless to me—I saw it myself when I placed the order.
What I needed was a solution, not a restatement of your website. This delay has caused me serious inconvenience, and Zara’s handling of it shows a lack of urgency or customer care. I demand an explanation and faster processing of my order. If you can’t meet basic delivery expectations, be honest upfront.
