Zara cargo came in empty. we called immediately, and they asked if we wanted a new piece, sure. Then we just chilled and waited thinking all was going well. It's been a day or two. So, we hit up live support to check on our order and they said it's in the process of getting ready to ship. So, like, after a couple of days, we hit up Zara again and they checked out the camera and said it was placed inside. They were like, "Nah, we ain't sending it." We are left with a fancy Zara cover. They don't know anything about management. Do you think folks would try to snag a 180 TL item for free? Instead of checking why it was empty, they are putting the blame on others. So, I checked out the cargo envelope and noticed that one side was totally open. Aras Kargo brought it btw. since I'm always dealing with cargo, reported that the cargo transaction went missing. Since I opened it on camera, I gotta show that I didn't get the thing. We snapped some pics and sent them over to the Aras crew. Let's see who's gonna find my 180 TL product. Still, I gotta give a shoutout to the Aras Kargo crew! They were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my package was taken care of.
