Zara Order Cam with Four Items Missing, The Box Was Damaged




Hello, I placed an order worth 10,370 TL with Zara on 15.06.2024, and my order number is 53708145192. I received my products on 23.06.2024. When I received the products, I saw that the box was open and had been haphazardly sealed with packing tape. When I got home and opened it, I noticed that four items were missing and wrote to Zara customer service. I have been writing repeatedly for days, and they keep saying it is being investigated. Today, I received a message saying, "Necessary investigations have been carried out regarding the issue, and it has been determined that there is no missing product sent to you. Therefore, we cannot provide you with support on this matter." My four items are missing; you can see the photos of the products and the box in the attachment. They never took care of me. Customer service keeps pasting automatic messages and ignoring my complaint, and finally, they sent this message: "Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we cannot assist you with this matter. As there is no further information on the issue and in order to assist other customers, we have to end the call. Thank you for your understanding." I would be very pleased if you could address my complaint.
