Zara Ignored My Support Request - Did Not Resolve My Order Issue
I ordered something from Zara and hit a snag that I need help with. I contacted their customer service, hoping for some basic help. I was on live chat and a rep introduced himself by name, which made me feel hopeful. But then he totally ignored my request after that. I gave WhatsApp a shot, and although someone got back to me after a bit of a wait, it didn’t change anything—nothing got sorted out. If customer service isn't able or ready to assist, then what's the point of having them around? It seemed like they were only there to check off a list, not to help actual customers with genuine problems. This whole experience made me feel ignored and puzzled.
It has been 4 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't been shipped.
