Zara Return Impossible If You Lost Receipt, Missing Solutions for Two Items"



I decided to return two items I bought from Zara, went to the store and they said "just message us on WhatsApp." Cool, I thought. Sent them a text, and here I am, still waiting. They told me to keep bugging them on WhatsApp, like it's the solution to all problems. No solution in sight. It's like, if you lose the receipt for something you got from Zara, you're basically left hanging. Feeling like a total victim here. I'm stuck in this loop of messaging them on WhatsApp with no end in sight. Seriously, feeling pretty let down here.

No response, no solution at all. Zara is a corporate company; how can it be so solutionless, how can it leave so many customers in distress, I can't comprehend.
