Zara Hasn’t Processed My Refund After Returning the Wrong Item

I ordered something using the Zara mobile app, but they sent me the wrong item. I returned it through Yurtiçi Kargo on October 26 to get my refund. I've been waiting for a while now, and still no sign of the refund. I contacted Yurtiçi Kargo, and they verified that the item was returned to Zara on October 28. Unfortunately, every time I attempt to get in touch with Zara regarding my refund, I find myself facing obstacles and can't seem to connect with someone who can help me. It’s very frustrating to feel stuck without support or a clear response. I simply want my refund processed as promised and improved customer service from Zara to address issues like this directly.
