Zara Hasn’t Processed My Refund After Returning the Wrong Item
I ordered something using the Zara mobile app, but they sent me the wrong item. I returned it through Yurtiçi Kargo on O...ctober 26 to get my refund. I've been waiting for a while now, and still no sign of the refund. I contacted Yurtiçi Kargo, and they verified that the item was returned to Zara on O
