My Zara Online Order Didn't Arrive, and Refund is Delayed
On July 10th, I made a purchase from the Zara Online app worth ₺2720. My order did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. Later, I received a notification saying my package had been delivered, but I never received it. Through the mobile app, I was informed that there was an error and that the courier would deliver my package soon. However, I decided that I no longer wanted the order and requested a direct return. It has been 9 days, and my refund has not been processed. The only available communication channel has not been helpful.
My complaint has still not been addressed, and no solution has been offered. The products are nowhere to be found, I haven't received a refund, how am I supposed to resolve this issue?
