Zara Did Not Apply Pregnancy Priority for My Return Transaction

During my visit to Zara's İstMarina store for a return, I noticed that only one cashier was available. Even though I am 35 weeks pregnant and facing a risk of preterm labor, I did not receive the usual priority that pregnant customers are afforded. Previously, at the Hilltown store, the staff mentioned that Zara had a pregnancy priority policy and provided me with the necessary assistance. Unfortunately, at İstMarina, the cashier was quite dismissive and instructed me to wait in line. Standing for such a long time was really tough given my situation. The inconsistency across different stores and the demeanor of the staff has made me question my confidence in Zara. I anticipate that the pregnancy priority policy will be implemented uniformly in every store.
