I’ve been facing ongoing issues with Zara's online shopping platform. My account was locked, and I couldn’t log in. After trying to recover it via email, I had no success, so I created a new account. However, even with the new account, I placed four different orders at various times, and all were canceled. Zara sent the payment to my bank, but then canceled the orders and refunded the amount.
