Zara Continuously Cancels My Online Orders
I’ve been facing ongoing issues with Zara's online shopping platform. My account was locked, and I couldn’t log in. After trying to recover it via email, I had no success, so I created a new account. However, even with the new account, I placed four different orders at various times, and all were canceled. Zara sent the payment to my bank, but then canceled the orders and refunded the amount. I’m requesting immediate assistance to resolve the issues with my online account so I can successfully place orders without further cancellations.

I haven't been able to shop online at Zara for months. I contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp, went to the store, but no solution was offered, and the problem was not explained. One evening, my account was closed, and I couldn't log in. I opened a new account, but my orders were canceled, and I was told it was due to security issues, yet no solution was provided. I kindly request Zara officials to resolve this issue. I emailed them, and wrote multiple times via Instagram and WhatsApp, and I am asking for my complaint to be resolved.
