I placed an order on Zara's website and successfully completed the payment. However, I haven't received any notifications or updates regarding the products I purchased. I was expecting to receive information via email, SMS, or my phone number. When attempting to log into the website to review my order, my password was not recognized. When attempting to update my password, I encountered an issue where I did not receive the necessary email link. I have been dealing with this situation for a month now, and I still haven't received the refund of ₺1580. Furthermore, I have not received any form of communication. I'm contacting online support, but I'm unsure of my next steps.
