Item Returned Back to Zara Warehouse Got Lost, Refund Delayed
I've been a loyal Zara customer for years, never had an issue until recently. Usually, I bundle up my returns in one box, no problem. Until August 10th, that is. I returned two skirts with different return codes in a single box, thinking it's no big deal. Big mistake. Despite having the right return code (52916216805/52895211107 return number 446926026), Zara claims they can't refund me because they say they didn't get one of the products back. It's like my return vanished into thin air. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, they tell me they don't have the "extra" product in their stocks. How did it vanish? I returned it a week ago, and my refund is still MIA. I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever see my product or money again. Zara, seriously, sort out your warehouse management. This inconsistency since August is tarnishing your brand. Urgent review needed!
