Wrong Zara Perfume Sent & Refund Delayed




I got this perfume from Zara's website, but they ended up sending me the wrong one. I gave back the perfume, but it's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to ask about the situation, but I can't seem to reach them, and it's really starting to frustrate me. I would like to request a refund. Hey, can you lend a hand?

Zara sent the wrong product, and I returned the perfume on March 23, but they still haven't refunded my money, and they have updated the return section so the old status is not visible. I am in a difficult situation; my refund has not been processed for a month, and I cannot reach them as the contact numbers are not working. If my issue is not resolved, I will take legal action. I have also attached a screenshot of the latest status.
