Zara Order Returned by Courier (No Refund & Unreachable Customer Service)
I bought something from Zara's online store, but it got sent back by the courier before it even got to me. Right now, we haven't issued any refunds. I'm having trouble finding someone to help me figure out what to do. Seems like every number I dial just ends up with pre-recorded messages or those annoying "temporarily out of service" responses. I've been having trouble getting in touch with Zara.
