Zara Refund Process Repeats Requests for Info, Still No Resolution After Weeks

I’m facing a major issue with Zara’s refund process. Every time I contact customer service, they ask me for the same information, tell me to wait, and then after days, I get asked for the same details again. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund, even though I’ve already paid for an item I didn’t receive. Zara used to be my favorite brand, but this experience has been so frustrating. To make matters worse, I’m 8 months pregnant, and every time I try to resolve this, my stress levels spike. I urgently need Zara to resolve this issue before it affects my health further. Please fix this immediately!
