I placed an order on June 17, 2025, and paid immediately. The delivery date was supposed to be June 23rd at the latest, but only one item arrived from my order. I finally managed to reach a representative via WhatsApp, and they told me there was a "delay" with my products and asked if I wanted them resent. Then, they revealed the items were out of stock!
How can this happen? Why wasn't I informed? And why hasn't my money been refunded? I complained to customer service representative Y***** Hanım, but received no response. My products are missing, and my refund is nowhere to be found. This is utterly irresponsible!
Zara, you need to fix this massive screw-up immediately! Where are my missing items, and where is my money? I demand that authorized personnel contact me now. This level of neglect is unacceptable.
