Zara Purchase Complaint: Missing Receipt and Extra Charges for Bags
I recently made a purchase at Zara and requested that my receipt be sent to my phone number or email for convenience. However, the cashier rudely dismissed my request, saying, "I’ve already moved past that," and completely ignored it. On top of that, they charged me for four bags I didn’t even take, adding extra costs for a service I didn’t use.
This behavior is entirely unacceptable for a brand of Zara’s caliber. Such unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service undermine trust in their operations. I expect Zara to resolve this issue by providing my receipt digitally and refunding the ₺ for the unnecessary bag charges. Thank you in advance for addressing this promptly.
