Faulty Zara Boots and an Irritating Shopping Experience

I bought a pair of boots from Zara at Buyaka on October 17, 2023. I only wore them once, and they broke. When I went to the store to ask for an exchange, they simply brushed off my concern, saying it's a possibility. Why did the boots break after being worn just once? It's like they've been used for months! To make things even worse, the store manager talked to me in a disrespectful and inconsiderate manner. It's so frustrating that they don't support their defective products, and their lack of respect is just shocking. I'm really starting to doubt the quality and honesty of Zara's products and service, and I'm really unhappy with the money I spent on these boots.
