Zara Home Rug Return Problem – Courier Won’t Accept Product


I ordered a rug from Zara Home under order number 5392*35, but it arrived defective. I wanted to return it, but Hepsijet, the courier company assigned by Zara Home, refused to collect the product due to its size. I’ve been dealing with this issue for about 10 days, and despite repeatedly trying to reach Zara Home customer service, I keep being redirected to Hepsijet with no solution provided.
Because a faulty product was sent to me, I’ve experienced both inconvenience and wasted time. I request that my return be processed immediately and that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
