On July 25, 2025, I placed an online order (No. 80096603213) from Zara Home for an ash wood and linen blend armchair in light beige (4141/073). When the product was delivered on July 30, 2025, it turned out to be a display model. The back of the chair had visible discoloration, the seat fabric was deformed, the bottom of the legs was dirty, and the delivery box arrived damaged.
The day after delivery, I immediately requested a return. A few days later, the courier company came, but their vehicle was too small to take the item. Since then, more than 10 days have passed, and no one has come to collect it again. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not been given a clear update or a fixed pickup date. I cannot keep taking time off work to wait for the courier.
I want to return the product exactly as it was delivered, without any further hassle. I request that Zara Home arrange for immediate collection of the armchair and issue a full refund to my credit card without further delay. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I expect my issue to be resolved promptly.
