Zara Home Delayed Pickup for Sofa Return Despite Immediate Request
I purchased a sofa from Zara Home, which was delivered to me on January 8th. I decided to return it within 10 minutes of receiving it and promptly generated a return code. However, no one has come to pick up the product, even though I paid a ₺700 shipping fee specifically for large item returns.
Due to the size of the sofa, I cannot transport it to the store myself, leaving me stuck with an item I don’t want. I’ve called customer service five times, but all I hear is, "We’ve forwarded this to the higher department," with no action taken.
Zara Home, this level of service is unacceptable. I request an immediate resolution—either arrange for the sofa to be picked up or provide clear instructions on completing the return. Stop making this process unnecessarily difficult.
As a result of my complaint, my package was received today. I hope the refund is processed in a short time as well.
