I Face Return Process Issue with Zara Home Mirror After Receiving Defective Product

I placed an online order with Zara Home (Order No. 80095569649) for a mirror, but it was delivered to me with visible defects. I immediately took photos and sent them to Zara Home, and they confirmed that the product was indeed faulty. During the return process, I was offered two courier options: Asil Kargo and UPS. However, Asil Kargo informed me that the mirror was too large to fit in their vehicle and dropped the return from their system.

I contacted Zara Home to ask how to proceed, but it has been two days without any response. Their phone number does not work, there is no online live chat support, and I have not received any reply to my emails. This lack of communication has only increased my frustration.

I paid for this product and expect a prompt resolution. I request that the return be processed immediately and that Zara Home provide clear instructions and timely updates to resolve my issue without further delay.
