Zara Home Delivered Incomplete Hardware and a Scratched Handle

On May 15, 2026, I placed an order through the Zara Home app from Istanbul under order number 80093242490 for decorative handles. According to the product details, I should have received a total of six handles, packaged as three boxes containing two handles each. However, when my package arrived, there were only four handles inside. Each box was missing one handle, which meant I received an incomplete order and could not fully use the products as intended.
In addition to the missing items, one of the handles that was delivered arrived in damaged condition. Although the package contained a pair of handles, one of them had a visible scratch and appeared defective upon inspection. As a result, I not only received fewer items than I paid for, but I also received a product that did not meet acceptable quality standards.
Experiencing both missing merchandise and damaged goods in the same order has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. Customers should be able to expect that orders are accurately packed and that products are carefully inspected before shipment.
I request that the missing handles be sent to me as soon as possible and that the scratched and defective handle be replaced with a new, undamaged one. I also ask Zara Home to investigate how these issues occurred, provide an apology for the inconvenience caused, and take appropriate steps to prevent similar problems from affecting other customers.
