I Want a Refund for My Undelivered Zara Home Shipment

My Zara Home online order numbered 80090052738 showed a delivery date of 03/11/2026. However, despite being at home that day, the package was never delivered to my address. Instead, without the product ever reaching me, the shipment appears to have been directly placed into a return process. Even though the order was never delivered, my refund has still not been processed.

Since March 11, I have contacted customer service many times regarding this issue. During each conversation, I was told that my address information was incomplete, and I repeatedly provided the requested address details again and again. After that, I was continually told that “you will be contacted,” yet I never received any proper update or explanation. As a result, neither did I receive my order nor was my payment refunded.

I have been seriously inconvenienced both because my money has still not been returned for an undelivered order and because no clear information or real solution has been provided throughout this process.

I request that my refund be processed urgently and that I receive a clear written explanation regarding what happened to my order and why this issue has remained unresolved for so long.
