Shopify Purchase Not Shipped and Seller Ignoring Emails
On December 30, 2025, I placed an order through Shopify from the seller Aleyco for a product titled “925 | Personalized Photo Necklace with Locket – Gold / Classic Chain / 50+5.” I paid with my debit card, and a total of $60 was charged. My order number is #1925.
Despite a long period of time passing, I have not received any shipping information, and my product has not been delivered. I live in Etimesgut, Ankara, and throughout this entire process, I have not received any updates or notifications from either Shopify or the seller Aleyco. I am currently in a disadvantaged situation.
Even though I have sent multiple emails, I have not received any response at all. Since my order was never delivered, I am requesting that the $60 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
Progress
I placed an order for a single necklace from the seller Aleyco via Shopier on 30.12.2025. I paid with my bank card and paid a total of 2,599 TL. My order number is #1925.
Despite the time that has passed, I have received neither shipping information nor have my items been delivered. I reside in Etimesgut, Ankara, and I am left in a disadvantaged situation because my products have still not reached me.
Since my order has not been delivered, I request a refund of the 2,599 TL I paid.
