Philips Trio 9000 Dust Bin Broke and Warranty Was Denied

Thanks to the customer representative, whose solution-oriented approach resolved my inconvenience. We love Philips.

The dust container on my Philips Trio 9000 Series device broke in this way. The service center says the issue is not covered under warranty and is demanding a repair fee of $108. They claim it is user error, even though we did nothing other than use the vacuum for normal cleaning. We certainly did not misuse it or do anything unreasonable with it.

I strongly advise people to stay away from this product and not to buy it or recommend it to others. It is not worth the money, and the service center does not stand behind its product at all.
