Tango App Won’t Show My Account or Profile

I have been using a Tango account registered with the email address mukabanalilian20**@gmail.com and the username @shugandog-60585, and as of today, I can no longer find or access my account. When I try to log in, the account does not appear, and I am unable to reach my profile or any of my previous data. I looked for a way to contact Tango support about this issue, but I could not find any suitable option or channel that would allow me to report the missing account and request help. As a result, I am currently stuck without any access or guidance. I kindly request that my Tango account associated with the email address mukabanalilian20**@gmail.com and the username @shugandog-60585 be located and that my access be restored as soon as possible, or that I be clearly informed of the reason why my account is no longer available.
