Zara Home Refused Exchange and Treated Me Rudely

On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, I purchased a pair of pants from Zara Home at Emaar Square Mall. The next day, I returned to exchange it for a larger size but was told I needed the receipt. When I returned today with the receipt, the store manager inspected the pants and claimed they were "dusty," insinuating they had been worn, and rudely refused the return.
The way I was treated was incredibly disrespectful. I was spoken to in a demeaning tone, making me feel insulted as a customer. I can understand policies about receipts, but the condescending attitude and lack of customer care were unacceptable. I request a full refund for these pants and expect Zara Home to address this issue of unprofessional behavior.
