On 30.12.2025, I purchased two perfumes (one for women and one for men) from the Yves Rocher store in Samsun Çiftlik. However, the longevity of the products is almost non-existent; the scent disappears completely about 10 minutes after application.
Because of this, I filed a complaint and was told that a fragrance evaluation would be conducted, and I was directed to the nearest Yves Rocher store. However, when I went to the store, the sales representative only tried to test the longevity by smelling it and said that such an evaluation system does not actually exist and they cannot conduct an examination in this way. I do not think the employee is at fault; however, Yves Rocher's directing the customer into such a process without providing a concrete examination and solution, and instead giving the feeling that they are mocking the customer, has left me very disappointed.
I bought both perfumes on the same day, and after this experience I absolutely do not want to use either product anymore. I request a refund of the products and a full reimbursement of the amount I paid. I kindly ask that my complaint be taken into account, the necessary investigation be carried out, and my grievance be resolved.
