I bought Yves Rocher perfume, but the fragrance was not long-lasting. Why does the scent quickly wear off and is this normal?

Yves Rocher fragrances, especially in Eau de Toilette format, have a lighter concentration, so the staying power often does not exceed 2-4 hours. However, if the fragrance disappears after 15-30 minutes, the following reasons are possible:

Skin type: on dry skin, the fragrance lasts worse;

Perfume format - Eau de Cologne and EDT are less long-lasting than EDP or perfumed oils;

New formula or composition change - sometimes a brand updates a fragrance without an official announcement;

Violation of storage conditions (for example, during transportation).

What to do:

Familiarize yourself with the concentration of the fragrance (EDT, EDP or perfume oil).

Try applying the fragrance on moisturized skin or clothing.

If the staying power is clearly lower than stated, do a test in the store and compare to your bottle.
