I purchased the Yves Rocher Sleep Mask and used it only once, but it left my skin severely dry and irritated by morning. My face was covered in red spots, itching, and visibly inflamed. It took two days of applying my mother’s allergy cream for my skin to start recovering.

When I contacted customer service to request an exchange, they asked for photos of the reaction. Since I hadn’t taken any, they told me I needed a medical report to proceed. This is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and never made a return or exchange request before.

Demanding a medical report for a clear allergic reaction is both dismissive and insulting. This experience has been frustrating, and I plan to file complaints against Yves Rocher wherever I can. Customer trust should not be dismissed so easily.
