I went to the Yves Rocher Hilltown Küçükyalı store and clearly explained to the sales assistant that I had previously experienced an allergic reaction to another product. I even showed a photo of the exact product I wanted to avoid any confusion. Despite this, they sold me the wrong product, and as a result, I suffered a serious allergic reaction.
After applying the product, my skin turned red, swollen, and burned—it looked and felt like a second-degree burn. My doctor had to prescribe antihistamines and allergy medication. My face is now extremely dry, sensitive, and flaky because the product failed to moisturize at all. Instead of helping my skin, it damaged it severely.
I trusted the staff and made it very clear what I needed and what I couldn’t use. It’s incredibly disappointing that such an irresponsible mistake was made despite my warning. I’m not just angry—I’m in pain.
