I’ve been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for years and have always chosen the brand because of its natural ingredients and skin-friendly formulas. Nearly all of my cosmetic and skincare products are from Yves Rocher, and up until now, I’ve been satisfied with everything I’ve used.
However, after trying the Lift Pro Collagen product, I experienced a severe skin reaction. My skin developed redness, persistent itching, and visible rashes shortly after applying the cream. This is the first time I’ve had an allergic reaction from one of their products, and I’m both surprised and disappointed given how much I trust the brand.
I’m requesting that Yves Rocher take responsibility for the irritation this product has caused and offer a solution—whether that be a refund, exchange, or at the very least, an explanation. Consumers choose your brand because it claims to be gentle and safe, especially for sensitive skin. This experience proves otherwise.
Please look into the formulation of this product and support affected customers like myself. I truly hope the brand will maintain its integrity and commitment to customer care.
