I accidentally purchased the wrong perfume from Yves Rocher and realized it after using it just once. When I tried to exchange it, they refused.

I don’t understand why this isn’t allowed. It was a genuine mistake, and I only sprayed it once to test the scent. Now I’m stuck with a fragrance I don’t like and will never use. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to keep a product they are unhappy with, especially when it’s barely been used.

Yves Rocher, I urge you to reconsider your policy and allow exchanges in such cases. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Please address this issue promptly.
